Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in psychology or related area.
• Master’s degree in advertising, marketing, business, or related area.
• 5 years’ experience in brand advertising (e.g. TV, video, sponsorship), media sales, customer acquisition and growth, search, mobile, or online sales.
• 5 years’ experience in shopper marketing sales, eCommerce sales, or retail advertising sales.
• 5 years’ experience managing client accounts.
• 5 years’ experience as a strategic advisor working with C-suite clients.

Responsibilities

• Own and grow enterprise advertiser portfolios, identifying new revenue opportunities, expanding existing partnerships, and exceeding salestargets.
• Develop, negotiate, and execute Joint Business Plans (JBPs) and annual advertising investment strategies aligned with advertiser objectives and revenue growth.
• Establish and maintain strong relationships with senior-level decision-makers and key stakeholders across advertiser organizations.
• Translate advertiser challenges into strategic advertising solutions that drive measurable outcomes and media investment.
• Utilize performance metrics, customer insights, and market trends to develop compelling sales strategies.
• Partner cross-functionally to deliver integrated strategies and meet advertiser commitments.
• Own revenue targets, pipeline development, forecasting, and portfolio performance.
