Job summary

Uber is seeking a Senior Enterprise Client Partner to lead strategic sales and partnerships with major retail brands across the US. You will own the commercial process, engage senior executives, negotiate agreements, and drive revenue growth through Uber's marketplace and platform capabilities.

You will collaborate with Product, Legal, Finance, Marketing, and Operations to close complex deals, expand partnerships, and deliver measurable commercial impact.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience in business, marketing, or related field.
• 8+ years in enterprise sales or strategic partnerships with large brands.
• Experience managing enterprise relationships and multi-stakeholder deals.
• Proven track record in complex negotiations and partnerships.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end enterprise sales cycle with major retail brands, including executive engagement and contracting.
• Develop account strategies and commercial proposals addressing retailer priorities and marketplace growth.
• Negotiate enterprise agreements balancing partner economics with company objectives including incentives and product adoption.
• Build relationships with C-suite executives and key decision-makers in retail.
• Coordinate cross-functional deal execution with Product, Legal, Marketing, Finance, and Operations.
• Identify opportunities to expand value through broader platform capabilities in existing accounts.
