Job summary

Reddit, Inc. is seeking an experienced Lead Client Partner to join the Restaurants & Drinks vertical within our Large Customer Sales team in Chicago.

You will manage top brands and agencies, building strategic plans and driving year-over-year revenue growth through Reddit's ads platform. The role requires strong C-level relationship skills, deep industry knowledge, and proven ability to lead enterprise partnerships.

Qualifications

• 12+ years in digital media with at least 7+ years in sales.
• Experience owning partnerships with complex enterprise tech organizations.
• Proven experience managing relationships up to C-level executives.
• Deep industry expertise in verticals, product types, and/or measurement solutions.
• Strong existing relationships within agency and client direct space.
• Subject matter expertise in the social media landscape and native advertising.
• Experience building and executing long-term account growth strategies.
• Demonstrated top-performer achievement against sales targets.
• Ability to lead special projects.
• BA / BS degree or equivalent work experience.

Responsibilities

• Proactively manage and deepen relationships with existing advertising partners to drive revenue growth.
• Construct upfront and joint business plans with top clients.
• Educate new clients on Reddit and the Reddit ads platform.
• Identify new buyers of Reddit advertising products through agency and direct relationships.
• Use data to inform client strategies and pitches.
• Meet deadlines and provide high-level customer service.
• Own client meetings from agenda to final presentation.
• Communicate platform updates and opportunities to clients.
• Provide strategic, proactive, consultative advice to grow relationships.
• Uncover client needs and align goals with Reddit opportunities.
• Collaborate with Account Management and Ad Operations to meet marketing goals.
• Shape ads product roadmap with client feedback and metrics.
