The role requires coordinating with cross‑functional teams, presenting strategic plans, driving year‑over‑year growth, and acting as the primary contact for key clients while shaping Reddit's ads roadmap.

Qualifications

• 12+ years in digital media with 7+ years in sales; Restaurants & Drinks experience preferred.
• Experience owning partnerships with complex enterprise tech organizations.
• Proven ability to manage relationships up to C-level executives.
• Deep industry expertise in verticals, product types, and measurement solutions.
• Strong existing relationships in agency and client direct spaces.
• Subject matter expertise in social media landscape and native advertising.
• Experience building and executing long-term account growth strategies.
• Demonstrated top-performer achievement against sales targets.

Responsibilities

• Proactively manage and deepen relationships with advertising partners to drive revenue growth.
• Construct upfront and joint business plans with top clients.
• Educate clients on Reddit ads platform and Reddit.
• Identify new buyers of Reddit advertising products.
• Meet deadlines and ensure high levels of customer service.
• Lead client meetings from agenda to final presentation.
• Provide strategic advice to grow client relationships.
• Collaborate with Account Management and Ad Operations to hit goals.
• Shape Reddit's ads product roadmap by sharing client feedback and metrics.
