Job summary

Reddit is seeking an experienced Client Partner to join the Retail vertical of our Large Customer Sales team. You will build relationships with brands and agencies while helping them achieve business objectives using Reddit ads.

This role is based in person in Chicago or New York City, with responsibilities spanning strategic advisory, revenue growth, and cross-functional collaboration to exceed client marketing goals.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in digital media with at least 3+ years in sales.
• Experience owning partnerships with complex enterprise tech organizations.
• Proven experience managing relationships up to C-level executives.
• Deep industry expertise in verticals, product types, and/or measurement.
• Strong agency and client direct relationships in social advertising.
• Ability to craft long-term account growth strategies.
• Track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
• BA/BS degree or equivalent work experience.

Responsibilities

• Proactively manage and deepen relationships with advertising partners to drive Reddit revenue growth.
• Educate new clients on Reddit and Reddit ads platform to identify buyers.
• Leverage agency and client direct relationships to expand opportunities.
• Use data from multiple sources to inform client strategies and proposals.
• Lead client meetings end-to-end, setting expectations and outcomes.
• Communicate platform updates and opportunities to deepen relationships.
• Provide strategic, consultative advice to grow client partnerships.
• Collaborate with media planning and ad operations to meet goals.
