Job summary

Reddit is seeking an experienced Lead Client Partner to join the Restaurants & Drinks vertical on the Large Customer Sales team. The role is based in person in Chicago, New York, San Francisco, or Los Angeles, and focuses on developing relationships with brands and agencies to drive revenue through Reddit's advertising suite.

You will manage top clients, present strategic plans, expand partnerships, mentor teammates, and help shape the product roadmap with client feedback while delivering

Qualifications

• 12+ years in digital media with at least 7+ years in sales
• Experience owning partnerships with complex enterprise tech organizations
• Proven experience managing relationships up to C-level executives
• Deep industry expertise in verticals, product types, and/or measurement solutions
• Deep existing relationships within the agency and client direct space
• Subject matter expertise in the social media landscape and native advertising
• Experience building and executing long-term account growth strategies
• Demonstrated top-performer achievement against sales targets
• Ability to lead special projects
• BA / BS degree or equivalent work experience

Responsibilities

• Proactively manage and deepen relationships with advertising partners to drive revenue growth
• Construct upfront and joint business plans with top clients
• Educate clients on Reddit ads platform and opportunities
• Identify new buyers of Reddit advertising products
• Inform client strategies with data from internal and external sources
• Meet deadlines and deliver high levels of customer service
• Lead client meetings from agenda to final presentation
• Communicate platform updates and opportunities to clients
• Provide strategic, proactive, consultative advice to grow relationships
• Leverage product knowledge to align client goals with opportunities on the platform
• Collaborate with Account Management and Ad Operations to meet goals
• Share client feedback to shape Reddit ads roadmap
• Mentor and train other team members
• Collaborate with other Client Partners to craft cohesive strategy across accounts
• Build internal relationships to deliver on client and business goals
