New York Technology Partners is seeking an Account Manager to support major restaurant, hospitality, and foodservice customers using our software and hardware solutions. You will focus on managing and growing existing customer accounts, helping clients streamline food safety and daily operations while identifying opportunities to expand technology usage.

This role offers work from home with minimal cold calling, advancing within a growing team, and travel roughly one week per month or less as

Qualifications

• Experience in account management or customer success for SaaS or technology.
• Proven ability to manage renewals and contract discussions.
• Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills.
• Restaurant/hospitality tech experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary contact for strategic customer accounts.
• Build relationships with stakeholder and decision-makers.
• Manage renewals, retention, and account growth.
• Conduct account reviews to maximize value from solutions.
• Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities.
• Collaborate with Product, CS, and Support to resolve issues.
• Support customers as locations, users, or solutions are added.
