New York Technology Partners is seeking an Account Manager to support major restaurant, hospitality, and foodservice customers using our software and hardware solutions. You will focus on managing and growing existing customer accounts, helping clients streamline food safety and daily operations while identifying opportunities to expand technology usage.

This role offers work from home with minimal cold calling, advancing within a growing team, and travel roughly one week per month or less as

• Experience in account management or customer success for SaaS or technology.
• Proven ability to manage renewals and contract discussions.
• Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills.
• Restaurant/hospitality tech experience is preferred.

This role focuses on managing and growing existing customer accounts, helping customers simplify food safety and daily operations while identifying opportunities to expand their use of the technology.

The opening follows the promotion of an Account Manager hired earlier this year.

What You’ll Do

• Serve as the primary contact for strategic customer accounts.
• Build relationships with customer stakeholders and decision-makers.
• Manage renewals, retention, and account growth.
• Conduct account reviews and help customers get more value from their solutions.
• Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities.
• Partner with Product, Customer Success, and Support to resolve issues.
• Support customers as they add locations, users, or solutions.

What You’ll Bring

• Account management or customer success experience, ideally supporting SaaS, software, POS, or technology customers.
• Strong relationship-building and customer-retention skills.
• Experience managing renewals and contract discussions.
• Excellent communication, organization, and problem-solving abilities.
• Restaurant, hospitality, or foodservice technology experience is preferred.
