Ladders is seeking a Core Account Executive to join a leader in Enterprise Technology. This fully remote role focuses on driving new business growth across strategic accounts in the TOLA region, owning the complete sales cycle from prospecting to close.

Success comes from disciplined outbound activity, cross-functional coordination, and navigating multi-stakeholder buying processes, with travel required monthly as needed.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in a full-cycle, closing sales role.
• Proven track record of exceeding quotas in complex accounts.
• Experience managing enterprise deals and C-Level relationships.
• Comfortable with strategic outbound prospecting.
• Strong interpersonal skills in a fast-paced environment.
• Willingness to travel monthly for customer meetings.
