Job summary

Ladders is seeking a Portfolio Technology Account Director for our client, a leader in Real Estate & Construction. This remote role leads enterprise technology account management, aligning client needs to technology solutions to drive business outcomes.

You will own strategic account planning, revenue growth, retention, renewals, and serve as a trusted partner to executive stakeholders. You will coordinate across internal teams to ensure delivery, satisfaction, and commercial success throughout

Qualifications

7+ years in enterprise technology account management or related roles.
Experience selling technical services within an enterprise environment.
Proven track record in driving account growth and engaging stakeholders.

Responsibilities

Lead enterprise technology accounts with proactive stakeholder communication
Ensure account team alignment with priorities and client commitments
Develop and implement strategic account plans for client and technology alignment
Manage account revenue, retention, renewals, and growth opportunities
Identify and create demand through unmet business needs and service gaps
Facilitate product demonstrations and client workshops
Oversee the commercial lifecycle from discovery to renewal
Monitor account satisfaction and service quality indicators
