Job summary

Neo4j, Inc. is seeking a driven Senior Enterprise Account Executive to lead strategic sales in the Greater Boston area and across the US.

You will own territory planning, drive new logo acquisition, and manage long‑term engagements with enterprise customers in data analytics, AI, and cloud deployments. You will collaborate with solution engineering, marketing, and professional services to close deals and grow revenue.

Qualifications

• 7+ years in enterprise software sales with a track record of exceeding targets.
• Experience managing complex enterprise sales processes (Data Warehousing, BI, AI).
• Ability to develop and close new client relationships and manage long-term engagements.
• Knowledge of open‑source business models, on‑premise and cloud/SaaS hybrid solutions.
• Experience with MEDDIC, SPIN, or Challenger Sales methodologies.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute strategic territory plan to build pipeline and hit quotas.
• Deliver compelling demos, presentations, and proposals articulating business value.
• Lead complex sales cycles and grow accounts using Land & Expand.
• Collaborate with pre-sales, marketing, and services to ensure customer success.
• Maintain CRM data accuracy and forecast adherence.
