Job summary

ThoughtSpot is seeking an Enterprise Account Executive to own and grow the company's largest accounts across Germany. You will be based in Germany and work remotely, with direct access to sales leadership, a dedicated solutions engineer, and support from day one.

Your goal is to land and expand flagship accounts in the DACH region, build lasting executive-level relationships, and drive repeatable, high-value deals across ThoughtSpot's analytics platform.

Qualifications

• Fluent English and German communication skills for enterprise stakeholders.
• Proven track record closing complex enterprise software deals.
• Ability to own and run an entire regional sales territory.

Responsibilities

• Own your territory: build and run the account plan for Germany enterprise deals.
• Navigate multi-stakeholder evaluations and procurement to close.
• Build long-term relationships with economic buyers and champions.
• Coordinate with solutions engineering, customer success, and leadership to move deals forward.
• Position ThoughtSpot platform components to fit customer problems and forecast with discipline.
