Job summary

Omilia is seeking an Account Executive for the DACH region, primarily remote from Austria. You will drive new business in banks, insurers, and utilities, managing the full sales cycle and building a robust regional pipeline.

You will translate CX automation capabilities into clear business value for enterprise prospects, partnering with Solutions Consulting, Legal, and Finance to close strategic deals across Germany, Austria, and Switzerland.

Qualifications

• Proven enterprise B2B sales track record in SaaS/CCaaS or AI tech.
• Fluency in German and English (written and spoken).
• Ability to manage multi-stakeholder enterprise deals.
• Strong consultative selling with business-value translation.
• Experienced with CRM and forecasting and disciplined pipeline management.
• Excellent negotiation and commercial acumen.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end sales cycle for DACH region from prospecting to close.
• Build and manage a regional pipeline and meet revenue targets.
• Develop business cases and ROI models aligned to client priorities.
• Coordinate with Solutions Consulting and Legal/Finance for contracts.
• Maintain accurate CRM records and forecasts.
• Collaborate with Marketing on regional campaigns and content.
