Job summary

Neo4j is seeking a driven Senior Enterprise Account Executive to execute a strategic sales plan targeting Tier-1 Banking and Global Capital Markets. You will focus on revenue growth, new customer acquisition, and cross-functional collaboration to solve fraud, AML, and real-time risk challenges.

You will develop territory plans, deliver compelling demos, and position Neo4j against relational databases. You will own the full sales cycle from prospecting to close, build executive relationships with

Qualifications

7+ years in enterprise software sales in the Financial Services Industry.
Experience managing complex sales processes in enterprise markets (Data Warehousing, AI/ML, Fraud/Risk).
Proven ability to build close relationships with CTOs, IT leaders, and senior stakeholders.
Knowledge of open-source business models, on-premise and secure cloud/SaaS hybrid solutions.

Responsibilities

Develop and execute a strategic territory plan targeting large banking institutions.
Deliver compelling demos and proposals that articulate business value for complex financial ecosystems.
Position Neo4j as the best fit over legacy relational databases and competing technologies.
Lead complex sales cycles with MEDDIC, SPIN, or Challenger Sales methodologies.
Manage the full sales process from prospecting to closing, securing new logos and expanding within major banks.
