Job summary

Rosendin Electric, Inc. is seeking a Senior Engineering Team Lead to oversee large, complex projects and lead multiple engineering teams. The role combines advanced technical competence with engineering management, resource planning, and QA/QC of design work.

The position requires a PE license, a Bachelor's in engineering, and extensive experience in electrical systems, design studies, and coordination with project executives and regulatory agencies.

Qualifications

Advanced knowledge of engineering processes, load calculations, and electrical design standards.
Strong management skills in work planning, resource management, and staff development.
Experience with Electrical System Studies (Short Circuit, OCP, Arc Flash, Voltage Drop).

Responsibilities

Understand project requirements and develop a design fee for the work.
Prepare and oversee work plans for engineering and production resources.
Oversee and evaluate resource allocation and fee disposition for projects.
Supervise Engineering Team Leads, Engineers, Designers, and Modeling staff.
Coordinate with Project Executive/Division Manager on effort and deliverables.
