Job summary

Circle is seeking a Senior Engineering Manager to lead the Risk and Compliance Engineering team, building and scaling Circle's centralized customer onboarding and lifecycle platform. You will own the architecture, drive onboarding automation, and enable compliant, secure customer experiences across Circle’s products and jurisdictions.

You will mentor senior and staff engineers, collaborate with Product, Risk, Compliance, Fraud, and Engineering teams, and steer architectural decisions to ensure

• Oversee scalable onboarding automation across Circle products.
• Shape a unified customer lifecycle platform and onboarding requirements over time.
• Develop partner APIs and embeddable SDKs for third-party apps.
• Coach senior engineers and drive engineering reliability and security.
