Circle is a leading internet financial platform. As a Senior Engineering Manager on the Risk and Compliance Engineering team, you will lead the engineering effort to build and scale Circle's centralized onboarding and lifecycle management platform across products and jurisdictions.

You will guide architecture, drive scalable automation, and partner with Product, Risk, Compliance, Fraud, and Engineering to ensure secure, compliant customer experiences across Circle's products and jurisdictions.

Qualifications

10+ years of software development experience.
3+ years of people management experience.
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field, or equivalent practical experience.
Experience designing scalable distributed systems, APIs, and complex backend platforms.
Ability to coach and mentor senior and staff-level engineers.
Experience making architectural decisions and delivering secure, reliable systems.

Responsabilités

Lead and develop the engineering team responsible for Circle's onboarding and lifecycle platform.
Build scalable onboarding automation from initial engagement to activation across products.
Design and evolve a unified customer lifecycle platform managing changes in relationships and onboarding.
