• 10+ years of software engineering experience.
• 3+ years of people management experience.
• Bachelor's degree in CS, Software Engineering, or related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• Strong background in scalable distributed systems, APIs, and backend platforms.
• Ability to coach senior and staff engineers and drive growth.
• Experience making architectural decisions with strong operational excellence.

• Lead the engineering team responsible for Circle's centralized onboarding and lifecycle platform.
• Build scalable onboarding automation across Circle's products.
• Design and evolve a unified customer lifecycle platform for changes over time.

• Create onboarding capabilities for jurisdiction-specific compliance requirements.
• Develop internal tools and collaborate with Product, Risk, Compliance, Fraud, and Engineering teams.
