Zusammenfassung

Circle is seeking a Senior Engineering Manager to lead the Risk and Compliance Engineering team building a centralized onboarding and lifecycle platform. You will drive architecture, scale, and cross-functional collaboration across Product, Risk, Compliance, Fraud, and Engineering.

You will mentor senior and staff engineers, shape API and SDK strategies, and ensure secure, compliant customer journeys across Circle’s products and jurisdictions.

Qualifikationen

10+ years of software engineering experience with 3+ years of people management.
Bachelor's degree in CS, software engineering, or related field, or equivalent.
Strong background designing scalable distributed systems, APIs, and complex backend platforms.
Experience guiding architectural decisions and delivering secure, reliable systems.
Proven ability to mentor senior and staff engineers.

Aufgaben

Lead the engineering team for Circle's onboarding and lifecycle platform.
Build scalable onboarding automation across Circle's products.
Design a unified customer lifecycle platform managing changes over time.
Develop partner-facing APIs and SDKs for onboarding.
Coach senior and staff engineers to drive a high-performing team.
Collaborate with Product, Risk, Compliance, Fraud, and Engineering.
