Cribl is seeking a Senior Engineering Manager to lead a remote‑first, cross‑functional team of SDETs ensuring quality across all products. This hands‑on leadership role focuses on building quality into the SDLC, implementing test strategy from design to release with agentic workflows.

You will drive metrics, improve CI stability, and reduce defects while partnering with product management and engineering managers. 10+ years overall, 4+ years in leadership, and a BS CS/EE are expected.

Qualifications

• BS CS/EE or equivalent required.
• 10+ years industry experience with 4+ years in technical leadership.
• Hands‑on experience establishing testing strategy and quality metrics.

Responsibilities

• Own the quality strategy across Cribl products and communicate metrics.
• Lead test automation, CI stability, defect prevention and root‑cause analysis.
• Optimize end‑to‑end pipelines for quality and velocity.
• Foster customer‑first mindset and align with product management and engineering managers.
• Coach and grow a remote‑first team of test engineers.
