Job summary

CLEAResult is seeking a Senior Engineering Manager to lead a team of engineers across multiple programs focused on energy efficiency and emissions reductions in the Midwest, with emphasis on Colorado and surrounding states. You will oversee 10–15 engineers and report to senior leadership, driving strategic project delivery and client engagement.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in mechanical, electrical, civil or environmental engineering.
• Minimum of 10 years of experience in energy efficiency and/or sustainability consulting.
• Minimum of 8 years of people management experience.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, with advanced Excel skills – VBA a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical leadership across audits, evaluations, HVAC, M&V, RCx, refrigeration, and related areas.
• Guide team in applying technical knowledge to client projects.
• Oversee workload and project delivery with timely, high-quality results.
• Mentor engineers and foster career growth within the team.
• Manage budgets and resources to align with client opportunities.
