Job summary

CLEAResult is seeking a Senior Engineering Manager to lead a team of 10–15 engineers across multiple Midwest programs, delivering cost savings and emissions reductions. You will oversee project delivery, mentor engineers, and manage budgets and resources to ensure high-quality results.

Travel up to 25% is expected for client meetings, with responsibility spanning strategic planning, program improvement, and client relations. A strong engineering background and leadership experience are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering required.
• Minimum of 10 years in energy efficiency and/or sustainability consulting.
• Minimum of 8 years of people management experience.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical leadership in audits, evaluations, HVAC, M&V, RCx, and related areas.
• Lead updates to templates, tools, and procedures reflecting client needs.
• Mentor and develop engineering talent and manage team workload for on-time delivery.
