Qualifications

• 7+ years of professional development experience
• 3+ years of recent experience managing or leading an engineering team
• Experience working in agile development environment
• Deep understanding of software and development engineering principles and concepts
• Deep technical skills in JavaScript, databases, AWS, CI/CD, Salesforce

Responsibilities

• Understand business and organizational strategies to craft a technical roadmap aligning systems and teams.
• Collaborate with Product, Design, and Delivery to prepare projects with scope, priorities, and cross-functional concerns.
• Guide architecture, APIs, messages, and interfaces to third-party systems.
