Qualifications
- 7+ years of professional development experience and 3+ years leading an engineering team.
- Experience working in an agile development environment.
- Deep understanding of software engineering principles.
- Strong technical skills in JavaScript, databases, AWS, CI/CD, or Salesforce.
Responsibilities
- Translate business strategies into a technical roadmap aligning multiple teams.
- Collaborate with Product, Product Design, and Delivery to prepare projects and identify priorities.
- Guide architecture, APIs, messages, and interfaces to third-party systems.
- Foster a collaborative culture and grow engineering teams through coaching and feedback.
- Measure performance and drive improvements with greatest impact.
- Provide guidance to ensure on-time delivery of technical projects.
- Stay current with technology trends and promote innovation.
