• 7+ years of professional development experience and 3+ years of leadership in engineering
• Experience in agile development environments
• Deep understanding of software engineering principles and concepts
• Technical skills in JavaScript, databases (MSSQL, Postgres, DynamoDB), AWS serverless, CI/CD, Salesforce

• Translate business strategy into a technical roadmap for multiple teams
• Collaborate with Product, Design, and Delivery to prepare projects with clear scope and priorities
• Guide system architecture and interfaces with third-party systems
• Foster a collaborative, high-performing engineering culture

• Ensure successful delivery of technical projects with accountability for outcomes
