Invitation Homes is seeking a Sr. Engineering Manager to lead a software organization across multiple teams and translate strategy into actionable roadmaps. You will align Product, Design, and Delivery to implement projects that elevate resident and associate experiences.

Qualifications

7+ years of professional development experience and 3+ years leading an engineering team.
Experience in an agile development environment.
Deep understanding of software engineering principles and concepts.
Deep technical skills in one or more: JavaScript, databases, AWS, CI/CD, Salesforce.
Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent work experience.
Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

Understand business and organizational strategies to craft a technical roadmap.
Collaborate with Product, Design, and Delivery to prepare projects, priorities, scope.
Guide architecture, APIs, messages, and interfaces to third‑party systems.
