Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field or equivalent work experience.
- 7+ years of professional development experience and 3+ years in leadership of an engineering team.
- Experience in agile development environments and deep understanding of software engineering principles.
Responsibilities
- Understand business strategies to craft a technical roadmap aligning systems and teams.
- Collaborate with Product, Product Design, and Delivery to prepare projects, identify risks and priorities.
- Guide design, documentation, and communication around system architecture, APIs, and interfaces.
- Foster a collaborative culture and grow teams through coaching and career development.
- Measure and improve system and team performance and drive positive outcomes.
