Qualifications
- 7+ years of professional development experience and 3+ years of engineering leadership or management.
- Experience working in an agile development environment.
- Deep understanding of software engineering principles and systems fundamentals.
Responsibilities
- Translate business strategy into a technical roadmap and align multiple teams.
- Collaborate with Product, Design, and Delivery to prepare projects and define scope.
- Guide system architecture, APIs, and interfaces for third-party integrations.
- Foster a collaborative culture and coach team members for growth.
- Measure performance and drive improvements across engineering teams.
- Stay current with tech trends and advocate for innovative solutions.
