CLEAResult is seeking a Senior Engineering Manager to lead a team of 10-15 engineers across more than 85 gas and electric programs in the Midwest, with a focus on Wisconsin. You will provide technical leadership to drive cost savings for end-users and reduce emissions while guiding project delivery.

You will manage workload, develop budgets and scopes, mentor talent, and foster cross-functional collaboration with clients and internal teams. Travel up to 25% for meetings and field support.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in mechanical, electrical, civil or environmental engineering.
• 10+ years in energy efficiency and/or sustainability consulting.
• 8+ years of people management experience.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office with advanced Excel; VBA a plus.
• Excellent communication, organization, and leadership skills.

Responsabilidades

• Provide technical leadership across audits, HVAC, M&V, RCx and related areas; lead template and tool updates.
• Oversee workload and ensure timely, high-quality project delivery; communicate status to stakeholders.
• Mentor engineers and foster growth; build a culture of continuous learning.
• Manage labor, operating expenses, and budgets; allocate resources effectively.
• Lead scope and budget development for business opportunities; align with goals.
• Cultivate strategic relationships with engineering leadership and peers.
• Drive program planning, process improvement, and design improvements.
• Recruit, onboard, and develop talent; provide coaching.
• Communicate technical insights regularly to clients and internal teams.
• Provide ongoing feedback on goals, milestones, and performance.
