Nava Public Benefit Corp. is seeking a Software Engineering Manager to mentor engineers, lead technical teams, and contribute as a technical leader. You will collaborate with cross-functional partners to ensure design, development, and delivery of cloud-based government-facing solutions.

You’ll drive architecture, guide project milestones, and participate in client discussions, while maintaining a remote-first, collaborative culture focused on public service impact.

Formación

• 10+ years in an agile, multidisciplinary team delivering cloud-based solutions.
• Minimum 1 year as a People Manager.
• Experience with production-grade, cloud-native microservices and RESTful APIs (Java/Spring Boot).

Responsabilidades

• Write code and perform code reviews.
• Review technical specifications.
• Guide planning, estimation, prioritization, and balancing technical debt with milestones.
• Review architecture and designs from other project teams.
• Design technical roadmaps.
• Propose and enforce technical architecture.
• Maintain production systems.
• Handle on-call duties and resolve issues.
• Contribute to growing Nava’s client portfolio.
• Participate in client stakeholder meetings related to growth.
• Work with government stakeholders to advance technical initiatives.
• Strategize with leadership on growth opportunities.
• Attend conferences and network with potential clients.
• Review strategy plans and outline technical requirements for potential work.
