Qualifications

• 10+ years in an agile, multidisciplinary environment, designing/building cloud solutions.
• 1+ years managing people.
• Experience designing production-grade cloud-native microservices and RESTful APIs with Java/Spring Boot.
• Relational databases with PostgreSQL via JDBC/Hibernate.
• DevOps experience, preferably Jenkins CI/CD.
• Experience with AWS cloud native services and data engineering.

Responsibilities

• Lead engineering teams, provide guidance and feedback, and ensure proper compensation.
• Contribute technically as individual contributor or lead across cross-functional teams.
• Review architectures and designs, design technical roadmaps, enforce architecture decisions.
• Maintain production systems and handle on-call duties; debug and resolve issues.
