Nava Public Benefit Corp. is seeking a Software Engineering Manager to mentor engineers, contribute technically, and lead cross-functional teams delivering cloud-native solutions for government partners. You will shape architecture, guide delivery, and ensure reliable production systems.

Qualifikationen

• Minimum 10 years in an agile, multidisciplinary environment, building cloud platforms
• 1+ year as a People Manager
• Experience designing production-grade, cloud-native microservices and RESTful APIs
• Experience with relational databases (PostgreSQL) and ORM (Hibernate)
• DevOps experience, preferably Jenkins CI/CD
• Experience using AWS cloud native services and data engineering
• Strong problem-solving and collaboration skills
• Excellent communication with stakeholders

Aufgaben

• Lead engineering management and technical leadership across teams
• Code writing and reviews; design and review technical specs
• Guide planning, estimation, prioritization, and technical debt decisions
• Review architecture and designs from other teams
• Design technical roadmaps and enforce architecture standards
• Maintain production systems and handle on-call duties
• Grow Nava’s client portfolio through bids and stakeholder meetings
