10+ years in software engineering with 5+ years in management.
Proven track record shipping LLM-based or Agentic AI in production.
Deep fluency in distributed systems and cloud-native architecture.
Experience leading cross-functional initiatives in ambiguous domains.
Experience in compliance, regulatory tech, or financial crimes domains.
Uses generative AI responsibly with human oversight.

Responsibilities

Build, hire, and grow a high-performing engineering organization with coaching for managers and senior engineers.
Set the technical vision and multi-quarter roadmap for Agentic AI systems with cross-functional alignment.
Drive architecture and delivery of production LLM-based systems with guardrails and measurable outcomes.
Lead multiple parallel engineering initiatives across compliance automation domains with high delivery velocity.
Establish engineering standards, code review practices, and AI adoption frameworks.
