Qualifications

• 10+ years in software engineering with at least 5 years in engineering management.
• Proven track record shipping LLM-based applications to production, including grounding and guardrails.
• Deep fluency in distributed systems, cloud-native architecture, and AI/ML infrastructure.

Responsibilities

• Build, hire, and grow a high-performing engineering organization with coaching on leadership and AI-first practices.
• Set the technical vision and roadmap for Agentic AI systems across Core Automation.
• Drive architecture and delivery of production LLM-based systems with guardrails and measurement.
