Responsibilities

• Lead multiple engineering efforts in parallel while maintaining high service quality.

• Coach team members on design principles, coding standards, and AI tools.
• Review and ensure security and architectural integrity of features.
• Hire, train, and grow a high-performing AI/ML engineering team.
