Americold Logistics, LLC. seeks an experienced Maintenance Leader to oversee daily maintenance operations across one or more warehouse facilities. You will manage engineering and maintenance teams, set performance goals, and ensure safety and regulatory compliance.

The role requires 5+ years in maintenance with >3 years in supervision, plus hands-on mechanical and basic electrical skills. Proficiency in MS Office and CMMS platforms like SAP or Oracle is expected.

Competenze

• Minimum 5 years in maintenance with at least 3 years supervising others.
• High School diploma or GED required.
• Proven ability to multi-task and prioritize effectively.
• Competent in mechanical and basic electrical concepts, hands-on.
• Proficient in MS Office including Excel; SAP or Oracle CMMS experience.

• Direct and assign work to engineering and maintenance teams, set performance objectives, and monitor performance.
• Prepare annual maintenance budgets, manage expenditures, analyze variances, and take corrective actions.
• Schedule repair, maintenance, and installation of equipment to support productivity.
• Design and modify preventive maintenance programs; review reports and inspect equipment.
• Ensure OSHA compliance and maintain a safe working environment.
• Analyze equipment reliability; implement improvement actions and ensure material handling equipment operates.
• Lead capital projects: obtain bids, request approvals, manage contractors.
• Other essential duties as needed.
