Job summary

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of maintenance experience with at least 3 years in supervision.
• High School diploma or GED required.
• Proven ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently and prioritize effectively.
• Hands-on in mechanical and basic electrical concepts; able to work hands-on.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel; experience with SAP or Oracle CMMS.

Responsibilities

• Direct and assign work to engineering and maintenance associates, set performance objectives, and monitor team performance.
• Prepare annual maintenance budgets, schedule expenditures, analyze variances, and initiate corrective actions to achieve financial objectives.
• Determine work priorities and schedule repair, maintenance, and installation of machines, tools, and equipment.
• Design, implement, and modify preventive maintenance programs by reviewing reports and inspecting equipment.
• Ensure OSHA compliance, maintain a safe environment, and protect employees and visitors.
• Maintain and analyze equipment reliability reports and drive improvements for MHE reliability.
• Execute capital projects including bids, requests, and managing contractors and vendors.
• Other essential duties as necessary.
