Job summary

Responsibilities

• Direct and assign work to engineering and maintenance staff, set performance objectives.
• Prepare annual maintenance budgets and monitor expenditures.
• Schedule repair, maintenance, and installation of equipment to support productivity.
• Develop and update preventive maintenance programs.
• Ensure compliance with OSHA and state codes; maintain a safe work environment.
• Oversee capital projects, bids, and contractor management.
• Analyze equipment reliability reports and implement improvements.
