Job summary

Americold Logistics, LLC seeks an experienced Maintenance Operations Manager to oversee daily maintenance across multiple warehouses or a single complex facility. You will lead engineering and maintenance teams, set performance objectives, manage budgets, and ensure safe, compliant operation of machines, tools, and systems.

You will implement preventive maintenance programs, analyze reliability data, coordinate capital projects, and supervise contractors.

Qualifications

Minimum 5 years in maintenance with at least 3 years supervising.
High School diploma or GED.
Proficient in MS Office including Excel and CMMS (SAP/Oracle).
Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively.
Hands-on mechanical and basic electrical skills.

Responsibilities

Direct and assign work to engineering and maintenance teams, set objectives and monitor performance.
Prepare annual maintenance budgets and monitor expenditures.
Schedule repair, maintenance, and installation to support productivity.
Design, implement, and modify preventive maintenance programs.
Ensure OSHA compliance and maintain a safe work environment.
Analyze equipment reliability and implement improvement actions.
Execute capital projects; manage bids and contractors.
