Job summary

Stellarus is seeking a Sr. Manager, Engineering to lead a portfolio of complex services, integrations, and cloud-native applications. You will shape strategy, structure teams, and ensure secure, scalable solutions across platforms.

You will partner with Product, Architecture, Security, Platform, Infrastructure, and leadership to remove obstacles, drive outcomes, and advance modernization while growing your engineering organization.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent with 4 years additional relevant experience.
• 8 years of progressive technology experience in software engineering, platform engineering, or related disciplines.
• 4 years of prior people management experience with direct responsibility for supervising technical teams.
• Experience leading multiple teams/platforms with delivery, leadership, and stakeholder management.
• Strong knowledge of modern software engineering, cloud architecture, DevOps, SRE, APIs, secure development.
• Ability to manage multiple complex workstreams and interact with all management levels.
• Experience with budget management, vendor management, contracts, and roadmaps preferred.
