Job summary

Stellarus seeks a Sr. Manager of Engineering to lead and shape a multi‑team engineering organization delivering secure, scalable, cloud‑native solutions. You will drive strategy, talent, standards, and execution across product, architecture, security, platform, and infrastructure, ensuring high performance and reliability.

You will partner with senior leaders to remove obstacles, manage budgets, and advance modernization efforts while mentoring leaders across teams and disciplines.

Qualifications

• 8 years of progressive technology experience in software/ Platform/ infrastructure engineering or related disciplines
• 4 years of prior people management experience with direct supervision and coaching
• Experience leading multiple teams, platforms, or technology domains with delivery accountability
• Strong knowledge of modern software engineering, cloud architecture, DevOps, SRE, automation and AI enablement
• Ability to shape engineering practices, drive CI/CD adoption, observability, and scalable architecture
