• 8+ years in technology leadership or engineering management roles.
• Proven track record leading multiple teams and delivering complex programs.
• Strong knowledge of modern software engineering, cloud-native architecture, DevOps, SRE, automation, and AI enablement.
• Experience shaping engineering practices and driving CI/CD adoption across large organizations.
• Experience modernizing enterprise platforms with focus on reliability and security.

• Define and execute roadmaps, priorities, and operational plans aligned to enterprise goals.
• Establish governance, standards, KPIs, dashboards, and executive reporting to show delivery health and business value.
