Job summary

Stellarus seeks a Sr. Manager, Engineering to lead a set of teams delivering complex services, cloud-native apps, and enterprise capabilities.

You will ensure strategy, structure, talent, and standards enable secure, scalable, and maintainable solutions. This leader partners across Product, Architecture, Security, Platform, and senior leadership to align priorities, remove obstacles, and drive outcomes that support the company’s evolving technology strategy.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience required.
• 8 years of progressive technology experience in software or platform engineering.
• 4 years of people management experience leading technical teams.
• Experience with CI/CD, observability, secure development, and scalable architecture.
• Experience modernizing enterprise platforms and managing budgets and vendors.
• Strong communication for senior and cross-functional audiences.

Responsibilities

• Lead multiple teams and platforms with accountability for delivery and outcomes.
• Drive modernization, reduce technical debt, and improve operational resilience.
• Guide engineering practices and adoption of CI/CD and security standards.
• Collaborate with Product, Architecture, Security, and leadership teams to align priorities.
