Job summary

Stellarus is seeking a Sr. Manager, Engineering to lead multiple teams delivering complex services and cloud-native applications.

You will ensure strategy, structure, talent, standards, and execution discipline to deliver secure, scalable, and maintainable solutions. You will partner across Product, Architecture, Security, Platform, Infrastructure, and senior leadership to align priorities, remove obstacles, and drive outcomes that support our evolving technology strategy.

Qualifications

• 8 years of progressive technology experience in software/ platform engineering, infra engineering, or related disciplines.
• 4 years of prior people management experience with direct supervision responsibilities.
• Strong knowledge of modern software engineering, cloud architecture, DevOps, SRE, automation, APIs, secure development, and tech lifecycle management.

Responsibilities

• Oversee multiple teams, platforms, products, or technology domains with accountability for delivery and leadership.
• Shape engineering practices and drive CI/CD, observability, secure development, and scalable architecture adoption.
• Partner across Product, Architecture, Security, Platform, Infrastructure, business, vendor, and senior leadership to align priorities and drive outcomes.

4 years of prior people management experience with direct responsibility for supervising, coaching, and evaluating technical teams.
