Job summary

Stellarus seeks a Sr. Manager, Engineering to lead multiple teams responsible for designing and delivering complex services, cloud-native applications, and enterprise capabilities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or 4 years of related experience in lieu of a degree.
• 8 years of progressive technology experience in software/platform/infra engineering or related fields.
• 4 years in people management with direct supervision of technical teams.
• Experience leading multiple teams or domains with delivery accountability.
• Strong knowledge of modern software engineering, cloud, DevOps, SRE, and security lifecycle.
• Ability to shape practices, drive CI/CD adoption, observability, and scalable architecture.

Responsibilities

• Oversee design and delivery of complex services, integrations, cloud-native apps, and enterprise tech capabilities.
• Provide strategy, structure, talent, standards, and execution discipline for secure, scalable solutions.
• Partner across Product, Architecture, Security, Platform, Infrastructure, and leadership teams to align priorities.
• Develop leaders, foster growth, and support modernization efforts while managing risks and budgets.
