Job summary

Stellarus is seeking a Sr. Manager of Engineering to oversee teams delivering complex services and cloud-native applications. You will ensure strategy, structure, talent, standards, and execution discipline to provide secure, scalable, reliable, and maintainable solutions.

You will work across Product, Architecture, Security, Platform, and leadership to align priorities, remove obstacles, and drive outcomes that support our evolving technology strategy. Hybrid in-office collaboration is expected.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or High School Diploma/GED with 4+ years relevant experience.
• 8+ years of progressive technology experience in software/ platform/ infrastructure engineering or related disciplines.
• 4+ years of people management experience supervising technical teams.
• Experience leading multiple teams, platforms, or technology domains with delivery accountability.
• Strong knowledge of modern software engineering, cloud architecture, DevOps, SRE, automation, APIs, secure development.

• Lead design and delivery of complex services, integrations, and cloud-native apps.
• Guide major decisions, resolve risks, and support modernization efforts.
