Job summary

Stellarus invites a Senior Manager, Engineering to lead teams delivering complex services and cloud-native applications. You will ensure strategy, structure, talent, and execution discipline for secure, scalable, and maintainable solutions.

We seek leaders who drive CI/CD adoption, observability, and secure development while modernizing platforms and managing cross-functional stakeholders. Hybrid in-office collaboration is required two days weekly.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or High School Diploma/GED with 4 years of additional relevant experience.
• 8+ years of progressive technology experience in software/enterprise engineering.
• 4 years of prior people management experience supervising technical teams.
• Experience leading multiple teams/platforms with delivery accountability.
• Strong knowledge of modern software engineering, cloud, DevOps, and APIs.

Responsibilities

• Oversee a team designing and delivering complex services, integrations, cloud-native apps, and enterprise tech capabilities.
• Guide major decisions, resolve risks, and improve engineering practices.
• Partner with Product, Architecture, Security, Platform, Infrastructure, and leadership to align priorities.
