Job summary

Salesforce seeks a seasoned software engineering leader to guide the DET IT Finance Engineering team, driving architecture, AI/automation, and enterprise integrations across Workday Financials, Accounting Center, and MuleSoft.

You’ll mentor engineers, shape technical strategy for large-scale ERP integrations, collaborate with product managers and external partners, and push for scalable, secure, and maintainable finance solutions.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of enterprise software engineering experience.
• Experience with Workday Financials/Accounting Center or comparable ERP platforms and complex integrations.
• Proven track record of technical leadership in architecture and solution design for large-scale enterprise systems.
• Strong expertise in Workday technical frameworks and related tools.
• Hands-on experience delivering ERP integrations with external platforms using APIs and connectors.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with ability to influence senior stakeholders.
• Excellent written and verbal communication across technical and business audiences.

Responsibilities

• Lead architecture, design, and delivery of scalable, high-performing enterprise solutions across Workday Financials and related platforms.
• Design, develop, and govern Workday Financial solutions including external integrations.
• Translate complex business requirements into robust technical designs aligned with enterprise architecture.
• Ensure coding standards, security practices, and performance optimization.
• Mentor engineers through architecture reviews and technical decision-making.
• Collaborate with product managers, business analysts, and integrators to deliver end-to-end solutions.
• Drive adoption of AI/automation and new integration technologies.
• Evolve frameworks and tooling to scale for growth.
