Qualifications

• 10+ years of enterprise software engineering experience.
• Experience with Workday Financials/Accounting Center or comparable ERP platforms and integration-heavy environments.
• Proven track record of technical leadership in architecture and solution design for large-scale systems.
• Deep expertise in Workday technical frameworks and comparable Oracle/SAP frameworks.
• Hands-on experience designing ERP integrations with external platforms using APIs and connectors.

Responsibilities

• Lead architecture, design, and delivery of scalable, high-performing solutions across Workday Financials, Accounting Center, and related enterprise platforms.
• Design, develop, and govern Workday Financial solutions including integrations with external systems (Salesforce, RevRec, Vertex, MuleSoft, banking platforms).
• Translate complex business requirements into robust technical designs aligned with enterprise architecture principles.
• Ensure adherence to coding standards, security practices, and performance optimization.
• Mentor engineers through architecture reviews and code reviews to foster craftsmanship.
• Collaborate with product managers, business systems analysts, and 3rd-party integrators to deliver end-to-end solutions.
• Drive adoption of emerging technologies including AI/ML, automation, and integration tools.
• Champion continuous learning and engineering excellence across teams.
• Anticipate future technical needs and evolve frameworks and tools to scale for growth.
