Qualifications

• 10+ years of enterprise software engineering experience.
• Experience with Workday Financials/Accounting Center and ERP integrations.
• Proven technical leadership in architecture and design for large-scale systems.
• Deep Workday tech frameworks and related APIs/ETL tooling knowledge.
• Hands-on ERP integrations with external platforms using APIs and middleware.
• Strong API design and web services (REST/SOAP).
• Ability to influence senior stakeholders through architecture discussions.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.

Responsibilities

• Lead architecture, design, and delivery of scalable solutions across Workday Financials and related enterprise platforms.
• Govern Workday Financial solutions including integrations with external systems (Salesforce, MuleSoft, etc.).
• Translate complex business requirements into robust technical designs.
• Ensure adherence to coding standards, security, and performance optimization.
• Mentor and guide engineers through architecture reviews and code reviews.
• Collaborate with product managers, business analysts, and integrators to deliver end-to-end solutions.
• Drive innovation and adoption of AI/ML, automation, and integration tools.
• Foster continuous learning and engineering excellence across Workday and integration teams.
• Anticipate future technical needs and evolve frameworks for scale.
